Whether you're doing makeup tutorials or vlogging who said you had to break the bank starting your Youtube channel. Here are some of my favorite apps to save some coin while making your Youtube dream a reality.
Disclaimer: Some of these apps are exclusive to the iPhone. Android equivalents will be added soon.

1. Vont

Vont is a free app that allows you to write text onto videos. Vont has over 400 fonts for you to choose from, with the opportunity to even download fonts that are not offered on the application. This is good for creating intro/outro cards for your Youtube videos.
2. Phonto

Phonto is a free app that allows you to add words to pictures. More than 200 fonts are available. Like Vont, you have over 200 fonts to choose from and can install other fonts. With changeable text size, color and shadow this app is perfect for creating thumbnails for your Youtube channel.
3. Magic Eraser

Magic Eraser is a free app that you can use in order to create transparent backgrounds. You can take any picture and make them transparent in order to add them onto Youtube thumbnails and Youtube videos themselves.
4. iMovie/ MovieMaker

For those that don't know, one can edit on your iPhone/Android for free. iMovie (Movie Maker) is a basic editing software that most people use to edit videos for Youtube. You can create outro cards, intro sequences and more on here for your Youtube channel. The best part about iMovie is that you can upload and save videos straight to your phone.
Those are only a short list of some of the apps you can use to edit and update your Youtube channel for free. Below are some content I have created with the listed above apps. Have a favorite app thats not listed. Comment down below!
