My Top 5 Drug Store Holy Grails

I can't live without them.....I refuse to live without them.

Baddies, its all about balling on a budget. As my college career is winding down (and Sallie Mae is knocking at my door) I've realized I don't have the money to spend on all of the latest high end makeup drops. For the past few months, I have been trying out a number of different drug store items. Listed below are my top five holy grails from the drug store.

This concealer has been it for me for a while. They recently expanded their shade range to fit all skin tones and it has been one of their best decisions yet. The formula is super creamy and leaves the skin with a natural radiant matte finish. The concealer retails for $6.49 and is a dupe for the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer. You won't even look in Nars' direction with this concealer by your side.

Wet N Wild, in my opinion is one of the most slept on drug store brands. They have been in the game for a while and is a brand that has consistently elevated their work since the 90s. Their Matte Finish Primer leaves the skin ready hydrated and ready for foundation all while leaving a matte finish to the skin. Makeup lasts so much longer with this primer and for the price of $5 you can't beat it. They also make a dewy skin version of the primer which is to die for.

Introduced to me by a friend, I haven't been able to put this product down since I bought it the first time. NYX's setting spray leaves the skin feeling hydrated with a refreshing mist all while keeping the makeup in place for where ever the night may take you. This product definitely gives the Urban Decay All Nighter Spray a run for its money and a quarter of the price ($8)

I'm still a little new to the lash game but this pair of lashes is my favorite pair that I've purchased. This set of lashes gives me the volume that I crave. Also since the lashes are stacked together, they are super thick and leave my lashes looking full and beautiful. Every time I put them on I feel like a doll. They are good for going out and for everyday wear. Who needs expensive lash extensions when I have a $7 pair of lashes I can wear almost everyday.

At first I used to HATE this foundation. But over the past few months, I found myself falling in love with this foundation again and I haven't put it down since. With over 30 shades to choose from and for $7 dollars you can't go wrong. Paired with the matching concealer, it leaves the skin looking like....skin. It won't give you that cakey look and it won't leave your skin looking extra dry. This foundation stays on all day and won't move in the heat or the rain. I'm glad I gave this foundation another chance because paying $40 for Fenty every few months just wasn't it.
